The Town has implemented an online Solicitation Notification system in partnership with Public Purchase to provide a Web site based notification service.

Registration is free and simple. Upon registering with Public Purchase, vendors receive solicitation notices issued by the Town for products and services they register for. As an added bonus, Public Purchase gives you access to bid opportunities with other government entities you register with.

Registration is completed in two easy steps:

• Step 1 requires information about your business. Upon completion, Public Purchase will activate your registration and  send an e-mail notification within 24 hours to complete the Town's registration process.
• Step 2 will provide you with instructions to complete the registration process upon account activation. The steps will be automated if you follow the process.

If you have any problems with this process, please contact Public Purchase .

In addition to receiving solicitation notifications through the Town’s automated registration system, formal solicitations are publicly advertised in the Arizona Business Gazette newspaper, the Town’s Bids & RFQs  Web site page and through the Town's E-News Bids and RFQ's list serve.

Please note: The Town is not responsible for vendors not receiving solicitation notices. All vendors are responsible for obtaining notices and any amendments either through updates on the Web site, or by contacting Procurement. Vendors registered with the Town are not guaranteed work or award of any contracts.
