Please note that some of the Health and Fitness classes
do not need registration as they are Drop-In classes.

|Silver Sneaker classes are designed to provide seniors a safe environment to exercise. Senior Stretch introduces range of motion, balance and stretch. Cardio increases heart rate through low impact motion, and sculpt and tone builds muscles while strengthening the bones. Instructor: Kristina Sherman.
|Zumba is a dance party that is guaranteed to give you a workout without feeling like a workout! Dance to hot Latin music like Merengue, Salsa, Cumbia, Reggaeton and much more! Instructor: Bridget Diem (M, W, F AM). Christie Duffey (T, TH PM; SAT AM)

|All instruments are provided and no musical or drumming experience is necessary. Health benefits of women's group drumming include stress reduction, mood improvement, boosting the immune system, creating support, self-expression and nurturing.
