Traffic Control Plans must be submitted a minimum of five (5) working days prior to the start of work within the public right-of-way.

1. Acceptance of this plan is based upon the information obtained from the contractor at the time of submittal. Acceptance of this TCP does not relieve the contractor of their responsibility to maintain the work zone/jobsite in a safe manner. The contract will ensure that all traffic control devices are maintained and servicedin such a way that they comply with the TCP and MUTCD at all times.

2. An off-duty Maricopa County Sheriff from the Queen Creek District is required whenever indicated as such on the approved traffic control plan.

3. A copy of this application and the approved TCP is to be kept on-site AT ALL TIMES when operations are occurring as apart of an approved TCP.

The applicant certifies that the Traffic Control Devices and Plans are in conformance to Part VI of the current Manual of Uniform Traffic Control Devices (MUTCD) as amended by the State of Arizona, Town of Queen Creek Code, and any other standards set forth by the Town Traffic Engineer.
