Pay Your Utility Bill

New Account Number

Your new account number will be noted on the first water bill you receive from the Town of Queen Creek. You should be receiving your first bill from the Town of Queen Creek the first week in November for October's water use. This bill will reflect your new account number. Please make sure you note the new account number when making your payment. This is critical - if you pay your bill through your bank's bill pay system, you will need to contact them with your new account number in order to avoid any misapplied payments.

How to Pay Your Bill

  • Online payments: Use the AutoPay/one-time payment program for automatic withdrawal from your bank account, debit or credit card. This program provides the freedom of one-time or recurring payment schedules.
  •  Pay by Mail: Use the return envelope included with your bill to send your payment. Payments may be mailed to: Town of Queen Creek Utilities Department, 22358 S. Ellsworth Road, Queen Creek, AZ  85142
  • Pay in Person: Municipal Services Building, 22358 S. Ellsworth Road, Queen Creek, AZ   85142.
  • Drive Up and Drop it off: A drive-up drop box is located just inside the south entrance of the Town of Queen Creek's municipal complex parking lot.

This transition will not change the quality of your water service, and the rates you pay will match the current rates paid by Queen Creek customers. This means that the monthly rates for the majority of customers, those using 7,500-10,000 gallons of water per month, will remain the same. A complete list of rates is available.
