Festival Partnership Program Subcommittee

The purpose of the Festival Partnership Program Subcommittee (FPPS) is to review, discuss, and approve Festival Partnership Program applications submitted to the Town. Upon review, the FPPS will use the approved FPP Criteria Scoring Sheet as the determining factor. 

The FPPS also acts in an advisory capacity to the Town Council in the determination of applicants requesting over $15,000 in funding, and continuing review of goals and objectives for Queen Creek’s Festival Partnership Program. 

The Festival Partnership Program Subcommittee will meet annually (on some occasions bi-annually) at the Municipal Services Building - San Tan Conference Room. Regularly scheduled meetings will occur in August each year. Meetings may be held more or less often, as needed.

The FPPS will be made from a combination of current members of the Parks and Recreation Advisory Committee and Economic Development Commission. Appointments are scheduled for the May 6, 2015 Town Council Meeting.
